As President and Construction Operations Manager for PEC, Inc., Mr. Peccia is responsible for engineering, planning, and managing field operations for the PEC's Trenchless Division. The Trenchless Division is composed of three crews that provide and install cured-in-place pipe liner, manhole rehabilitation, CCTV inspection and cleaning.

As Vice President of PEC, Mr. Peccia is responsible for the financial management, company policy, and corporate decisions, as well as trenchless design and technical direction. Mr. Peccia works closely with the Construction Operations Manager to assure projects are properly staffed and organized so they are completed efficiently, and quality of construction is maintained.

As the Accounting Department Manager, Ms. Austin is responsible for the preparation of monthly financial statements, corporate income taxes, reviewing quarterly payroll tax returns, and client billings. She maintains the accounts receivables, while monitoring the firm's cash flow, project costs, and project budget utilization. She assists project managers in completing contractor pay estimates and reimbursement requests. At the direction of the executive staff, she prepares the annual company budget and financial goals, and administers internal aspects of the profit sharing plan. She also monitors overhead rates, works closely with independent auditors, and directs the operations of the Accounting Department.

Mr. Vetsch joined PEC in 2002 and now serves as Project Engineer. As Project Engineer Mr. Vetsch both develops and aides the Construction Operations Manager with schedules, estimating, submittals, design, and other project management related tasks. Mr. Vetsch is also a certified trainer in NASSCO's Pipeline Assessment and Certification Program. Mr. Vetsch serves in many different capacities at PEC. He serves as the companies Safety Officer, Computer Systems Manager, and ensures PEC is licensed to work in all of the states and provinces that PEC serves.

As Project Superintendent, Mr. Pisarsky is actively involved in the planning, scheduling and coordination of projects. Mr. Pisarsky works closely with team members, owners, engineers, residents and business owners involved in or affected by PEC, Inc. projects to ensure smooth project progress. Mr. Pisarsky has demonstrated the ability to manage projects effectively and efficiently in the field. During Mr. Pisarsky's time with PEC he has had the opportunity to install CIPP liners ranging in size from 6 inch all the way to 84 inches in diameter. When it comes to large diameter CIPP installations Mr. Pisarsky is PEC's go to guy.
Bill Hoye - Project Superintendent

Mr. Hoye joined PEC, Inc. as an open cut pipe superintendent in June of 2005. Mr. Hoye is currently one of PEC's Trenchless Superintendents. His experience with PEC involves installing water mains and both sanitary and storm sewers. Since becoming one of PEC's Project Superintendents Mr. Hoye has successfully overseen the completion of projects consisting of 30,000 plus lineal feet of CIPP ranging in size from 6 inch to 60 inches in diameter.
